This popsicle has almost no added sugar and 5 grams of protein per popsicle. All you need is a popsicle mold, vanilla ready-to-drink protein shake, lime juice, and frozen mixed berries. It only takes about 5 minutes to prep the popsicle mixture and 2 hours of freezing time.
Yields 6 popsicles
Ingredients:
11 oz ready-to-drink protein shake (premier, Atkins, etc.)
½ -1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 tsp lime juice
Popsicle Mold
Directions:
To extract, run the mold under cool (not cold, not warm) water until the pop releases.
